Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue by offering tailored venue and service packages. Key duties include consulting with clients to understand their requirements, providing solutions, conducting venue visits, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with service providers and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with pro seven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or the wedding industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Lucknow and handle occasional non-standard hours based on client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
