Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi NCR, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the region. Key daily responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies. The role will also involve market analysis, forecasting sales trends, and providing timely reports to senior management. Strong client communication and negotiation will be essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including business development and managing client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights
- Organizational skills for managing sales pipelines and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
- Knowledge or experience in furniture solutions, FMCG, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment
