Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for the position of Sales Manager for "Food processing machine sales - Popping machines and ancillaries". The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets, nurturing client relationships, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes leading a sales team, conducting market research, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer service and bring technical insights to address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in sales of Food Processing equipments with ticket size of 15L+ per equipment with minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy Development, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Market Research expertise and the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
