Role Description
The Sales Manager - FLS role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes life insurance sales, planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation,interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to mentor and guide a team to achieve objectives
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Educational qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry will be a strong advantage
