🚨 Hiring: Sales Manager – Fire Alarm Systems

- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Fire Alarm Systems to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities. The candidate will schedule and attend meetings with architects, builders, consultants, and corporate clients to present and demonstrate fire alarm systems and solutions. They will understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial proposals, handle negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Coordination with internal teams for smooth project execution and providing effective after-sales support will be an essential part of the role.
- The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Detectors, and fire safety products, along with experience in B2B or project sales. They should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
🎓 Education: B.A / B.Com / B.Tech or equivalent
🏭 Industry: Fire Alarm / Fire Door / Manufacturing
