Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Events and Exhibitions. Located in the Pune Division, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations for clients, monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams to deliver event and exhibition solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in events, exhibitions, or the industrial sector
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration
