Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai requires a Sales Manager - Europe to lead and grow sales operations within the European market. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, establish strong client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage accounts effectively. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and account management, particularly in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion sectors in the European Market
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Understanding of the European market and ability to adapt sales strategies based on regional requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive cross-functional success
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required to engage with clients and attend industry events
- Prior experience in individually contributing to the sales of natural diamond jewellery in the European Market
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong network with the European customer
- Strong financial acumen
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
- A keen interest in the jewelry industry and an understanding of consumer preferences are advantages
