Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Offenso Hackers Academy in an on-site capacity at our Kochi location. This is a full-time role involving the management of the academy’s sales efforts, including building relationships with prospective students, organizations, and partners. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, identifying and converting leads, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing valuable customer insights to enhance programs and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales
- Minimum 3 years EdTech sales
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Experience in team management and coaching to achieve performance targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome sales challenges
- Familiarity with the EdTech or cybersecurity training sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
