Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive sales manager to join our growing EdTech team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete admissions cycle from lead generation to enrollment
- Achieve and drive monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Guide and mentor junior admissions team members
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to streamline the admissions process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student data
- Provide detailed counseling to students regarding courses, career paths, and program benefits
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support
- Analyze conversion metrics and suggest improvements in the admissions process
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in admissions, EdTech, or education sector
Preferred Qualities:
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
Location: Edappally
Pay: upto ₹40,000.00 per month
