Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth,
and ensure consistent deal closures. The candidate should have strong leadership qualities and
deep market understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
• Drive site visits, client meetings, and closures
• Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Maintain strong client and channel partner relationships
• Track performance metrics and improve team productivity
• Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM updates
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
• Handle escalations and close high-value deals
• Train and mentor new team members
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven leadership and team handling experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of Pune real estate market
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure
