Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Direct Marketing (DM) Channel of Bajaj Life, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales for life insurance products by identifying potential customers, building and managing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and managing direct sales agents, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires regular data analysis and reporting to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of life insurance products, including ULIPs, term plans, and retirement policies
- Leadership and team management skills to recruit, train, and motivate sales agents
- Analytical and reporting skills to monitor sales data and improve performance
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, in English and relevant local languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services is a strong advantage
