Natural Colors Sales Manager/Director/VP
Job description
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for natural colors(mainly red color and yellow color) in the US B2B market, and be fully accountable for achieving US sales targets.
- Identify and target key customer segments, establishing a systematic client development framework.
- Proactively develop and expand strategic key account relationships to establish long-term partnerships, while simultaneously deepening engagement and growing market share within existing key accounts.
- Ensure all color products and applications comply with FDA regulations and requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to provide data-driven insights and strategic support for product strategy adjustments.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in the US B2B natural color industry.
- Experience in successful product promotion or new key customer development; familiarity with red and yellow color is preferred.
- Possess mature customer development methodologies and key account management skills; able to independently complete the business cycle from scratch.
