Role Description
This full-time Sales Manager position focuses on the Direct Marketing Channel at Bajaj Life and is based on-site in Noida. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, achieving target revenues in the direct marketing vertical, onboarding and managing client relationships, and leading a team to consistently deliver customer-centric solutions. The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, track performance, and deliver regular reports while ensuring collaboration with marketing, operations, and other teams to optimize processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience and skills in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious sales targets and performance goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing direct marketing sales strategies and improving operational processes.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, analyzing reports, and communicating effectively to stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and driving tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
