Role Description
As a Sales Manager - Direct Marketing (Life Insurance) at Bajaj Life, you will oversee and manage the direct sales process for life insurance products. Your key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, coaching and supporting the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Additional tasks include devising strategies to maximize sales effectiveness, conducting presentations for potential customers, and preparing sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in direct marketing and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, including team training and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze sales data, develop strategies, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory requirements; experience in insurance sales is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to manage workflows and reports efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
