Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Manager in the Direct Channel at Bajaj Life. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities through direct channels. Primary responsibilities include devising and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team to ensure performance targets are met, and conducting market analysis to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also deliver regular reports on sales performance and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, including team leadership, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service abilities to deliver satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to identify opportunities and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Prior experience in financial services or life insurance sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of the Noida market and neighboring regions will be an advantage.
