Market Launch & Distribution
● Plan and execute the brand launch across Delhi NCR, covering General Trade and Paan Shop channels
● Identify, appoint, and onboard distributors across key zones with clear investment, infrastructure, and performance expectations
● Prioritise and sequence market entry — seeding the right outlets first and expanding on the basis of proven offtake
● Monitor and close the gap between primary and secondary sales at all times
● Ensure trade schemes are executed at the retailer level and are not absorbed in the distribution chain
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
● Own monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Delhi NCR territory
● Drive numeric and weighted distribution targets with equal focus on new outlet opening and repeat purchase rates
● Track secondary sales and market offtake as core performance metrics, not just distributor billing
Team Management
● Build and lead a field sales team comprising Sales Officers, Territory Sales Incharges, and Promoters
● Candidates who can bring a trusted team from prior experience are encouraged to do so
● Set and monitor daily field KPIs — outlet coverage, new outlet opening, scheme execution, and secondary sales
● Conduct regular market working alongside the team and address underperformance through structured coaching and corrective action
Product Placement & Visibility
● Negotiate and secure correct product placement and shelf positioning across all outlet types
● Oversee POSM deployment and counter display execution across the territory
● Identify and resolve visibility gaps during market visits
On-Ground Intelligence & Problem Resolution
● Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements, and trade disruptions across the territory
● Resolve distributor conflicts, retailer complaints, and scheme disputes at the field level
- Provide structured, actionable market feedback to the CEO on a regular basis
