Role Description
This is a full-time, off- site role for a Sales Manager based in NCR for The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and creating strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, selling event spaces and services, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining exceptional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Business development and client management skills to build and sustain lasting partnerships with clients.
- Sales strategy and negotiation abilities to create and execute plans that drive revenue growth.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deliver results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in market research, reporting, and analyzing sales data to identify new opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
