Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, consulting with clients to understand their needs, leading a sales team effectively, and creating strategies to achieve targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional customer service will also be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, with excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Understanding of the real estate market or previous experience in proptech industries is an added advantage
