📍 Location: Hyderabad (Handling Entire Telangana)
Romsons Group of Industries is looking for an experienced Sales Leader – FFL to drive business growth across Telangana. If you have a strong track record in medical device sales, team leadership, and market expansion, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team across Telangana.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Develop key hospital and channel partnerships.
• Build and mentor high-performing sales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
We're Looking For
✔ Senior sales leadership experience in the Medical Devices / Healthcare industry.
✔ Proven experience in team handling and driving business performance.
✔ Strong knowledge of the Telangana market and key healthcare accounts.
✔ Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
✔ Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
