Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Manager (Crane) at MYCRANE. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and negotiating contracts with crane suppliers and customers. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, achieving revenue targets, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating client inquiries with suppliers to meet project needs. The role also involves market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company at networking events and industry trade shows.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Experience in market analysis, business development, and creating marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of the crane rental sector, construction, energy, or industrial markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required and participate in industry events.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the lifting or equipment rental industry is a plus.
