Hiring for a client - Synergetics Cloud Consultancy


Role & Responsibilities

  • Business Development responsible for growing sales on Learning Solutions and contents Development.
  • Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Director / CIO levels.
  • Own and Drive Booking and Revenue and Margins for PAN India and International Market
  • Create & Manage Database of prospects and leads, establish connects
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  • Run the Sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 Cities
  • Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and
  • maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers and geography.
  • Analyse sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
  • A strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, business development
  • Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct training needs assessments with customers.
  • Assist customer in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Emerging Technologies as well as best practices implementations.
  • Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers.
  • Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services.
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
  • When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
  • Execution of effective Sales Campaigns


Ideal Candidate

  • Total Experience (Mandatory): 1+ years of B2B Direct Sales / Business Development experience in Corporate Training, Learning Solutions, B2B EdTech, IT Services, or Enterprise Consulting Sales
  • Mandatory (Experience 1 – Direct Sales / Hunting): Must have hands-on experience in direct sales, including prospecting, client outreach, requirement discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Mandatory (Experience 2 – End-to-End Sales Cycle): Must have independently handled the complete sales cycle, from enquiry to proposal submission and closure.
  • Mandatory (Experience 3 – Account Management): Must have experience managing existing client accounts, including renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term relationship management.
  • Mandatory (Experience 4 – Technology & Consulting Orientation):Basic to intermediate understanding of emerging technologies such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Mandatory (Communication Skills): Must have excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and influence clients.Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Mandatory (Education Background): Must have a technical or IT-oriented education background —BE / BSc IT / MSc IT is mandatory.
