Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Commerce with Xylem Learning, based in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and managing a sales team. Key responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with new clients, analyzing sales metrics, developing proposals, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management experience, including team leadership and target achievement
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, strategy development, and data analysis
- Customer relationship management skills and the ability to identify client needs
- Knowledge or experience in the education sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales-related tools
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kozhikode
