CollabX is dedicated to empowering brands to achieve exceptional ROAS, virality, and social buzz by establishing influencers as a trusted performance marketing channel. In this mid-level role, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and cultivating long-term partnerships with top-tier brands across India. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling a robust outbound sales engine, securing strategic meetings with senior decision-makers such as CMOs and Heads of Growth, and ensuring meticulous CRM hygiene and target account management to consistently exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives. You will also play a crucial role in developing compelling pitch decks and brand storytelling, collaborating cross-functionally on media planning and custom brand strategies, and defining key performance indicators for the influencer channel to ensure brand partner success and ongoing funnel optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in digital sales, enterprise business development, or brand partnerships, with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of funnel stages and performance metrics. A strategic mindset coupled with strong execution and relationship-management skills is essential. While experience in influencer marketing, media, SaaS, martech, or adtech is a significant advantage, a strong grasp of performance marketing principles, funnels, and growth metrics is paramount. You should be adept at selling to senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, founder-led environment, demonstrating a proactive, data-driven, and growth-oriented approach.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to identify and acquire new enterprise brand partners for the CollabX platform.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, including CMOs and Heads of Growth, at target brands across India.
- Drive new business growth by consistently achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through effective deal closure.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene, generate accurate sales reports, and manage target account lists to ensure pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Lead the creation of compelling pitch decks and craft persuasive brand stories that highlight the value proposition of CollabX.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on media planning and the development of bespoke brand strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Design and implement win-win creator-brand partnership models that foster long-term success and mutual benefit.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the influencer marketing channel and validate funnel performance to ensure measurable results.
- Drive the expansion of existing client relationships, focusing on upsell opportunities and increasing Net Revenue Retention.
- Proactively stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes within the digital marketing and influencer space.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing brand partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat campaign engagement.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of CollabX by providing market insights and feedback from client interactions.
