Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process, and building long-term relationships with clients. This includes prospecting leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying market trends to improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales strategies
- Strong capabilities in Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiations
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify and act on market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in technology, real estate, or community management industries is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
