Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales operations, monitoring team performance, training team members, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Team Management, Performance Monitoring, and Training
- Excellent Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of Market Analysis and Customer Insights
- Experience in Financial Services or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
