Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive Business Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and closing LAP deals while building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products
- Handle ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores
- Source business through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct credit discussions and coordinate with internal teams for deal closure
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in LAP / Mortgage sales is mandatory
- Strong network with DSAs and channel partners
- Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (preferred)
