Our clients is an AI-first Quality Engineering company based in Bengaluru, helping enterprises accelerate digital releases through automation-led and AI-driven testing solutions. Founded in 2016, the company offers services across test automation, performance, security, and crowdtesting, enabling faster, scalable, and high-quality product delivery across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales/Business Development professional with strong experience in selling IT services or consulting solutions to Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding revenue within GCC accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new GCC clients across industries (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in GCCs
- Develop account strategies to expand existing GCC accounts
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to craft tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Stay updated with GCC market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Consulting Sales / GCC Sales
- Proven track record of closing deals with GCCs or captive centers
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Engineering Services, QA/Testing, or IT Services
- Experience working with mid-market to enterprise clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
