Role Purpose
- To drive business through insurance brokers (Broca channel)
- Build strong relationships with broker partners and generate life insurance sales
- Achieve assigned revenue and productivity targets
- Key Responsibilities
Sales Business Development
- Generate business through mapped insurance brokers
- Drive sales of life insurance products (ULIP, Term, Savings, etc.)
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Channel Management
- Handle and manage multiple broker relationships
- Activate inactive brokers and increase productivity
- Ensure continuous engagement with broker partners
Relationship Building
- Maintain strong rapport with broker teams
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and joint calls
- Provide product and sales support
Partner Support Training
- Train brokers on company products, pitch, and processes
- Assist in closing high-value deals
- Support in client presentations
Business Planning
- Create broker-wise business plans
- Track performance and improve productivity
- Identify new broker tie-ups for business expansion
Customer Handling
- Support brokers in customer acquisition
- Ensure proper need analysis and solution selling
- Maintain high customer service standards
