Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager/Business Development role, located in Delhi, India. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relations, and promoting Silver Stem Communications' range of event solutions. Daily responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The candidate will also monitor market trends and provide insights for continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales and Business Development expertise, including client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of Marketing, Brand Promotions, and Sales Strategy development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients.
- Experience in Market Research for growth opportunities and competitive analysis.
- Proficient in planning and executing events, with strategic thinking for meeting corporate goals.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the event management or corporate solutions industry is highly desirable.
- Developed relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and CXOs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
