Candidate should be a Degree/Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing, with a Commercial experience of over 8 years in reputed Freight Forwarding / Logistics companies handling Sea Freight Business. Should be a dynamic, go-getter with strong customer orientation and ability to guide the Sales teams and manage people and external agencies. Must be well networked in the market and should have good contacts with Shippers & Consignees. Will be responsible for achieving targets, negotiating freight rates and ensuring timely collections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
