Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Bajaj Life Insurance, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and managing a team of insurance consultants, developing sales strategies, and providing training and mentorship to team members. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, preparing and analyzing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client management, and target achievement
- Team Building and Leadership skills, with experience in hiring, mentoring, and motivating team members
- Sales Strategy and Planning capabilities to develop and implement effective business plans
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is an advantage
- Analytical abilities for preparing sales reports and evaluating performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field will be highly beneficial
