Role & Responsibilities
We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager in Mumbai and Delhi NCR to join our growth journey and take our transformative solution to more food businesses across India.
Key Responsibilities-
- Build the sales pipeline with a proven approach of B2B sales funnel creation, review and closure
- Attend conferences, expos and meets to represent company and build a rolling sales funnel of active enquiries
- Experience in sales automation / CRM tools (Zoho) to manage pipeline
- Engage with senior and top-level management on the client side with confidence and clarity
- Execute monthly sales plans with measurable conversion metrics
- Conduct self-driven product demos
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches tailored to different buyer personas
- Manage negotiations
- Data conversant – reads data to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
Ideal Candidate
- Strong B2B SaaS Sales / Enterprise Sales / Business Development profile with hands-on experience in pipeline generation and deal closure
- Mandatory (Experience): Must have 5+ years of experience in sales with atleast 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- Mandatory (Sales Ownership): Must have hands-on experience in sales pipeline creation, product demos, negotiations, deal closure, revenue ownership
- Mandatory (Stakeholder Management): Must have experience interacting with CXOs, founders, senior management, or business heads on the client side
- Mandatory (CRM & Sales Process): Must have experience using CRM/sales automation tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Mandatory (Communication & Negotiation): Must have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Mandatory (Target Orientation): Must have experience handling revenue targets, conversion metrics, sales forecasting, or business growth ownership
- Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS companies. Candidates with prior experience in B2B Services will also be considered if they have recent and substantial B2B SaaS experience
- Mandatory (Note 1): This role has a mix of IC and leadership responsibilities
- Mandatory (Note 2) : Make sure the relevant sales metrics are clearly mentioned in resume (Numbers should be evident)
- Mandatory (Note 3): Must be comfortable with a 6-day (3 days in office) hybrid work model. Mon-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30-1:00 pm
- Preferred (Domain): Prior experience selling into the food industry, food compliance, regulatory tech, or supply chain SaaS — direct exposure to food manufacturer or FMCG buyer personas is a strong plus.
