We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager Sales for B2B segment.
Key Duties
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales and account management, including lead generation and driving sales.
- Take complete ownership of the assigned territory, function, and accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with hotels, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Plan, execute, and manage business activities independently to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
· Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely achievement of goals.
· Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
· Analyse market trends, competition, and customer need to support decision-making.
· Maintain account-wise records for marketing collateral placement and track ROI.
· Plan and manage corporate events and exhibitions, including conceptualization and end-to-end execution within timelines.
· Co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders for smooth execution of plans and initiatives.
- Manage and utilize the CRM system for accurate data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing/Sales
- 5-7 years’ experience in sales and account activations, preferably from Food & Beverage industry
- Confident & strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Good negotiation skills
- Well versed with current market trends & analysis
