Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive for an on-site role at our Noida office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, generating leads, and building long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. The role also includes presenting and pitching the company's design and branding services, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and promoting client satisfaction. A strong focus will be placed on understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects align with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to build client relationships and promote services.
- Experience in lead generation B2B for branding, social media, creative , animations etc and client acquisition, and managing sales pipelines.
- Knowledge or experience in Product Design, Branding, or Packaging Design is a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm for exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
