Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Manager to help RecoBee grow its enterprise business. This person will lead outbound sales, build relationships with decision-makers in the entertainment ecosystem, and close high-value partnerships.
You will work closely with the founders to shape RecoBee’s sales strategy, messaging, pipeline, and go-to-market motion.
This is a high-ownership role. We want someone who can sell a new category, open doors, and turn conversations into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across: Film studios, Production houses, OTT platforms, Music labels, Media agencies, Brand and creative teams.
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Set up meetings, demos, and pitch RecoBee’s products clearly
- Understand client pain points and map them to RecoBee’s solutions
- Drive deals from first conversation to closure
- Work with founders to refine pitch decks, proposals, and pricing
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Strong ability to do outbound sales and close deals
- Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment with speed and ownership
- Self-starter mindset. You should not need constant direction
- Strong interest in entertainment, media, AI, SaaS, or analytics
Ideal Candidate
- Has sold SaaS, analytics, media-tech, martech, ad-tech, or research solutions
- Understands how studios, OTT platforms, or brands make content and marketing decisions
- Has an existing network in media, entertainment, advertising, or creator ecosystem
- Can handle ambiguity and help build the sales playbook from scratch
- Is excited about building something from zero
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to film studios, OTTs, agencies, music labels, or entertainment companies
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Familiarity with AI products, analytics tools, or creative intelligence platforms
- Strong network in India’s entertainment and media industry
