ReadyAssist is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – B2B to drive OEM client acquisition across the automobile and ancillary ecosystem. The role focuses on subscription sales, strategic partnerships, pipeline building, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B client acquisition by onboarding OEMs and automobile ancillary companies
• Develop and execute subscription-based sales strategies
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the OEM ecosystem
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Achieve revenue targets with a high-performance mindset
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and execution
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive/OEM ecosystem
• Strong understanding of tyres, lubricants, auto ancillaries, and OEM networks
• Proven track record in large automotive account acquisition
• Data-driven, ownership-focused, and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel extensively
