Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers, interior designers, architects, and channel partners to expand the Aristo network within the assigned region.
Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, pipeline management, and comprehensive market coverage.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, influencers, and project stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
Customer Success Initiatives
Monitor client feedback, proactively address concerns, and implement solutions to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term engagement.
Project Sales
Collaborate with builders, developers, and design studios to promote Aristo products for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Brand Representation
Represent and uphold Aristo’s premium brand image through professional conduct, strong product knowledge, and consistent market engagement.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends, and share actionable insights with management to support strategic decisions.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the interior products, building materials, modular furniture, or hardware industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer or project-based sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
