Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - B2B, located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new business clients, managing the full B2B sales cycle, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets, while keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, account management, and B2B sales expertise
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, client acquisition, and retention
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitor tracking to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve key sales objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the tech or business solutions industry is beneficial
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to drive and inspire a team
