What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to meet the company goals in terms of achieving revenue. The probable candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to understand prospect’s requirement and should have been in a similar role in the past.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue target via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets.
- Build and manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Generate leads to establish new opportunities.
- Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in B2B customer facing sales role.
- Should have generated leads independently (while the leads will be shared by the inside sales team, we expect the candidate to generate his / her own leads too).
- Added benefit – if a candidate has experience in selling HR Tech or Retail Tech Solutions.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skill.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Education Background: Any UG or PG
Salary Details: As per industry standards.
