Role Description
INFINITEBOX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the automotive industry. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role also involves achieving revenue targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and representing the organization at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Relationship Building skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical Thinking and Market Analysis expertise to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Sales Metrics, and Reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in or a keen understanding of the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment.
