Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, leading sales teams, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company's objectives. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Prospecting
- Strong Communication and Negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in event management or digital marketing industries is a plus
