Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead and drive sales efforts, develop and implement sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities to meet revenue targets. Collaborating closely with internal teams, the Sales Manager will nurture client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver high-quality results on time. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a deep understanding of Zyvaa's service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market Research and Business Development expertise to identify and acquire potential clients
- Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
- Experience in event management, digital marketing, or a related industry is an advantage
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and present actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet targets
