Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, the Sales Manager will mentor and support the sales team, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of Zaucto’s digital sourcing platform.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong capability in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Client Engagement
- Experience in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and forecasting
- Familiarity with B2B procurement and digital sourcing platforms is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
