Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, strategizing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the property-buying process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy development and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the real estate market, especially in metro cities and investment hotspots
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions to customer concerns
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and actively engage with clients
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
