Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales process, including generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will closely collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Real Estate Sales.
- Expertise in developing Sales Strategies and Forecasting to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor and guide a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the luxury or real estate segment is an advantage.
