Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Manager at YAGY for a B2B Cafeteria Solutions product & service line called "DeskDyne." The sales manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies and build strong relationships with clients to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, meeting sales targets, and providing leadership to ensure team success. The role also involves regular reports, analyses, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline sales initiatives.
The position reports to the VP of Sales and works closely with Pre-Sales, HSEQ, Operations, and Vendor Suppliers. functions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience (2+ years in B2B sales/BD) in Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Forecasting, and Performance Metrics
- Strategic Thinking, Team Leadership, and Decision-Making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in Cafeteria aggregation, food-tech, SaaS, or FMCG sectors is advantageous
