Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru, India. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and managing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and representing the company at trade shows and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong relationship management and ability to build and maintain client relations
- Knowledge of market research and experience in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of drones, robotics, automation, or related technology is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology or automation industries
