Position: Sales Manager
📍 Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and improve team productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Farm Machinery, Automotive, or Agri-Tech.
- Prior experience in managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Willing to travel as required.
Candidates with a Tractor Sales background will be given preference.
