Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes building client relationships, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. The Sales Manager will play a key role in representing Worktheory to potential clients and partners while promoting our brand ethos in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in developing sales strategies and managing client accounts
- Knowledge of the interior design industry and B2B sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and project management teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet clients and attend site visits
