Job Overview
Wizard Infoways Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth for the company’s B2B products and IT services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in client acquisition, international sales, strategic business development, and relationship management across global markets.
The candidate should also have a good understanding and practical exposure to Clay and Apollo for lead generation, prospect research, outreach automation, and sales pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage qualified leads for B2B products and IT services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to understand and address client requirements effectively.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and periodic sales reports.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Utilize tools such as Clay and Apollo for lead enrichment, prospecting, and outbound sales activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions.
Proven experience in handling international clients and global markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales channels.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of Clay and Apollo platforms.
Ability to independently build sales pipelines and close business deals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach toward business development.
Willingness to work onsite from the Noida office.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
Understanding of international sales processes and client communication standards.
Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
